Discover your next great summer read with local author H.M. Bouwman and celebrate the launch of her new novel, GOSSAMER SUMMER! H.M. Bouwman will be joined by guest author, Swati Avasthi!
Four sisters find their summer vacation taking a magical turn when they stumble into the world of some rather unexpected fairies in this moving middle grade story that’s perfect for fans of The Penderwicks. Join H.M. Bouwman and Swati Avasthi for a discussion of GOSSAMER SUMMER and all things writerly! Afterwards, get your books signed by the author and enjoy party favors that include your very own fairy door to take home and decorate!
To attend: Space is limited, so a ticket is required to attend. You can register for a ticket through May 30, 4:30pm, and preorder the book on Red Balloon’s website. Additional copies of GOSSAMER SUMMER will be available for purchase during the event.
Signing Guidelines: Following the reading, H.M. Bouwman will sign and personalize copies of the book. If you would prefer not to stay for the signing portion, Red Balloon is happy to have your books signed and personalized for you and will contact you when they’re ready to be picked up.
