Ballet Co.Laboratory invites families to If You Give a Mouse a Cookie on stage March 7–15, 2026 at the Ballet Co.Laboratory Studio Theatre in Saint Paul — and it’s truly the sweetest winter outing.
Choreographed by Alejandra Emilia Iannone, this bite-sized ballet brings the beloved children’s story to life with whimsical surprises around every corner. Think dancing kitchen utensils, waltzing soap suds, colorful costumes, playful wigs, and one very merry mouse leading her best friend (the kid!) on a delightfully chaotic adventure.

But the fun doesn’t stop when the curtain rises…
Families can arrive up to an hour early for optional themed activities like crafts, treats, and games. After the show, everyone is invited to a FREE 15-minute mini dance class (no special shoes needed!) and photos with the performers. 🩰📸
Set to the iconic music of Vince Guaraldi — the beloved composer behind the Peanuts classics — this production pairs familiar melodies with imaginative staging, all performed by the talented Trainee and Upper-Level Students of The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory.
