Save the Date! The Highland Park Water Tower is hosting the annual summer open house on July 15 and 16. Learn about Saint Paul Regional Water Services and how they provide 40 million gallons of water every day. Don’t forget to enjoy amazing views of Saint Paul, the Mississippi River, and that suburb to the west.
