Phalen Freeze Fest

Bring your friends and family to this multigenerational festival of winter! Have fun while snowshoeing, ice fishing, learning about the watershed, birding, fire building, and more! This is a free drop in event with no pre-registration required! On the ice activities are subject to weather leading up to and on the day of the event. If the ice on the lake is not thick enough, some activities may not take place, and all activities will be moved to land near the lake.
Activities take place outside of the Phalen Lakeside Activities Center (1530 Phalen Drive, Saint Paul MN 55106).
