Project Purpose
May 2 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Project Purpose is a unique opportunity for 7-10 graders to learn more about AHS while empowering them to help make the world a better place for animals.
Each session will include educational opportunities in animal welfare, daily tasks both AHS staff and volunteers complete, and participation in meaningful service projects. From providing animal enrichment and walking dogs, to supporting our veterinary services staff, this program offers young animal lovers a behind-the-scenes look into working in animal welfare.
Project Purpose can also be used to fulfill school or club community service requirements.
Participants should wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing that can get dirty.
Registration details
The fee is $200 per participant. Groups meet approximately every other week*, 6:00-7:30 PM. Registration is now open for Winter/Spring 2023.
