SOAR: Spring Hatch 2024

SOAR with the Eagles is back at the National Eagle Center for the start of the 2024 season with SOAR: Spring Hatch Match 23-24! This spring we are excited to welcome back our longtime friends and SOAR fan favorites WINGS TO SOAR and their exciting and high-energy husband-wife team flying bird show! They will introduce to you their menagerie of raptors including an albino Barred Owl, Peregrine Falcon, Harris Hawk, Black Vulture, Bald Eagle, Red-tailed Hawk, and MORE, and fly them just over your head inside of St. Felix Auditorium! There will be two shows on Saturday and Sunday, so DON’T MISS OUT!
An arrary of premium experiences will also be available throughout the weekend. Guests can sign up for a Behind the Scenes experiences and tour our private Avian Care facility and meet Ambassadors Hollywood and Perseus! We will also lead a small-group Habitat Tour both Saturday and Sunday and, for the first time ever, we will offer guided tours of the American Eagle Collection’s archives to show guests the breadth and depth of the Preston Cook American Eagle Collection.
Additional exhibitors during SOAR: Spring Hatch include booths by the International Wolf Center, MN DNR, Native Arts with Dick Mindykowski, and storytime with Minnesota author Merici Higgins and her book My Little Eagle: Theo Learns to Fly.
Plus, enjoy children and family fun with a button-making station, and birdhouse decorating station!
