Confident Mama provides evidence-based childbirth education, birth doula services, and virtual birth coaching for growing families throughout the Twin Cities and across the United States. Services include one-on-one childbirth education, labor and birth preparation, Body Ready Method® assessments and personalized movement plans, birth planning, partner preparation, and continuous labor support. Every recommendation is rooted in current evidence while honoring your unique goals, values, and preferences.
Founded by Terri Schelkoph, a DONA-certified Birth Doula, VBAC Link® Certified Doula, Body Ready Method® Certified Professional, and Hypnobabies® Certified Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor, Confident Mama has supported more than 300 families through pregnancy and birth.
