Our Orchards and Vineyards are nestled on 125 acres of pristine land near Lake Waconia, Carver Park Reserve and Parley Lake. We grow a variety of Minnesota apples, on over 3,000 trees, and six varieties of Minnesota cold climate wine grapes. Some of the apples, and all of the grapes are used in the wine making at Parley Lake Winery. Our rustic barn was built in 1888. Inside the barn you will find the Parley Lake Winery tasting room.
