Firemen’s Park is a contemporary park honoring Chaska’s firefighters and brick making heritage. Clayhole Lake, located within Firemen’s Park, was formed by mining clay (1857-1940) for the distinctive yellow Chaska bricks. Monuments to Chaska’s firefighters and brick making history are located on the grounds.

Firemen’s Park is home to the Chaska Curling and Event Center and the Crooked Pint Ale House. The Chaska Curling Center is the National Training Center for USA Curling and hosts several national/international events annually. Try curling, enjoy a meal at the Crooked Pint or a snack at the concession stand and stroll around Clayhole Lake all at Firemen’s Park. This park is an active destination year round.

Online Review: This was a nice park to spend the day at. It has a beach with lifeguards, park, splash pad area. Paddle boat rental, trail to walk around the lake and fishing. Large grass area for picnics. Concession stand had reasonable prices for a cheap lunch, picture of prices below. Would highly recommend this park. Lots of things to do for many different age groups.
