The purpose of Jam Hops is to positively impact our community and the families we serve. We are committed to continually seeking out opportunities to engage children in activities that support their overall development. At our core, we are in the business of inspiring kids to become LIFE CHAMPIONS.

Jam Hops Gymnastics was established in 1997 through the merger of two gymnastics programs and has since grown into a leading, community-focused organization. Today, we proudly operate two locations: our 56,000-square-foot facility in Blaine and our 28,000-square-foot facility in Ramsey, located at 14200 Limonite St NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.

Our expansive facilities offer a wide range of programs, including gymnastics, Ninja, dance, theater, academic preschool, day camps, birthday parties, and more—providing opportunities for children of all interests and ages. We are also proud to be the Home of GRIT Cafe, supporting inclusive job opportunities for people of all abilities.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains centered on providing high-quality, affordable programs in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Jam Hops is dedicated to helping families create meaningful experiences that foster confidence, growth, and lifelong skills in their children.
