Manicured city park with grassy fields, a picnic gazebo, summer splash pad & shaded play structures.

Kelley Park Splash Pad will open for the season as weather temperatures allow,  with daily hours of approximately 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. To operate, push the button on the “stoplight” at the south end and step on the foot sensor at the north end.  Please adhere to physical distancing and other CDC and MN Dept. of Health guidelines. Please Note:  The equipment is not sanitized.
