PLEASANT VALLEY ORCHARD SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

For all the tastes and colors of fall, there is no better place than an apple orchard! And Pleasant Valley Orchard offers that and more! Fresh, tree-ripened apples to delight your taste buds, hand-dipped caramel apples full of gooey goodness, and beautiful pumpkins are a fall-lovers delight! We offer a low-key family atmosphere with just the right elements. Please note that we offer pick-your-own apples on Saturdays and Sundays only.

You will find your favorite Minnesota Grown apples, Pleasant Valley Apple Pie, caramel apples, apple turnovers, apple brats, fresh apple cider, a HUGE assortment of pumpkins, gourmet foods, fall, farmhouse and Christmas decor and gift items.

We invite you to enjoy our scenic location during regular business hours.

WEEKDAYS

Weekdays is a relaxing time to enjoy the orchard. Activities available every day include a nature trail, farm animals, a picnic area, caramel apples, scones and turnovers, cookies, and of course, apples and shopping! Please note that we offer pick-your-own apples on weekends only.

FALL WEEKENDS

Pleasant Valley Food Trailer. We’re super excited to have our own food trailer where you’ll find us making and serving donuts and brats on the weekends! 10 am to 5 pm

Hayrides. Take a scenic hayride throughout the orchard, Saturday and Sundays beginning September 17th through the end of October. Price is s$5 per person; 3 and under free.

September 17 – Anniversary Weekend Fair. We’re excited to bring to you our 2022 Anniversary Fair! A fun filled day with vendors, music, apples, hayrides and food! This year we are pleased to be able to use our fully restored 1926 barn as a part of our venue. Vendors will range from artists to practical things for your home. Great start to gift buying with unique-one-of a kind items available from a broad array of vendors. Mark your calendars now for a day with family and friends at the orchard.

Shafer Days. Fun community event includes a car show, bank robbery reenactment and parade.

September 24 – Local Authors at the Orchard. Sponsored by East Central Regional Library system, this event will feature local author readings and book sales in our restored barn. Hours: 11 – 4 .

September 25 – In the Moment Boutique style show! Enjoy a fun fashion afternoon and style show from Lindstrom’s In the Moment Boutique. Style show and shopping in our restored barn. Hours: 11 – 6.

Pumpkin Patch. Take a hayride to the pumpkin patch and pick out your own very special pumpkin; on weekends beginning September 24 through the end of October.

November at the Orchard. The Orchard is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays in November, starting November 3rd. We’ll have a good supply of apples, discounts on apple seconds, bakery, gourmet foods, and fun Christmas decor and gifts. It’s the perfect time to stock up on apples and pies for the Thanksgiving Holidays. Hours: 10 am to 5 pm.

December Sale. December 1, 2 & 3. Unique, one-of-a-kind items, sales on gourmet foods and of course our yummy pies and caramel apples. Great hostess gifts and last chance to stock up on your favorite apples and treats. 10 am to 4 pm.

No reservations are required for our activities, but if you have a large group or would like to plan a group event, please let us know.  We do not do weddings.
