The Princeton MN Splash Park is a safe and fun way to cool off and have fun with the kids this summer. We have concessions on site with assorted snacks, drinks, and treats.
You can also opt to bring your own food and drinks, but we ask you don’t use glass containers. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed within the fenced area.
We understand it is hard to leave furry friends at home, but pets are prohibited from entering the fenced area around the splash pad.
There are attendants on site providing the public with snacks, treats, and drinks for sale as well as ensuring the park is safe and operational.
Safety is our top priority, so we will not be open with lightning or with potential for severe weather. We also will be closed if the weather stays below 70 degrees. Mechanical issues could also be cause for closure, however, if we ever close the park, we will always post on our Facebook page to inform our patrons.
There are picnic tables and plenty of room to lounge in the grass within the Splash Park. Located in Mark Park, amenities available to park goers are bathrooms, picnic shelters, grills, and a play park area that are open to Splash Park guests. Paid admission comes with wristbands, and visitors are allowed to come and go as they please throughout the same day with their wristband.
If you want the park to yourself, we accommodate party reservations before the park opens from 9 am to 11 am or after the park closes to the public from 6 pm to 8 pm. You can book parties online at www.princetonmn.org.
Throughout the season, we have free admission days sponsored by businesses, non-profits, and religious organizations fairly consistently, so keep a close eye on our Facebook page for posts about free admission dates. We are excited to see you all at the Splash Park!
