This Acai Bowl Recipe Is So Good, You’ll Think It’s Dessert

acai bowl with fruit and granola

Satisfy your sweet tooth with some superfoods in this Acai Bowl recipe! It tastes like dessert but packs a nutritious punch. With a base of açaí purée blended to creamy perfection, this bowl is topped with fresh fruit, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of honey for natural sweetness. Bursting with antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats, it’s a refreshing way to fuel your day—whether for breakfast, a midday pick-me-up, or a post-workout treat.

Acai Bowl Ingredients:

  • 1 pack acai puree (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 4 strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp shaved coconut (optional) optional topping
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional) optional topping

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Acai Base: Run the frozen acai packets under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw them. Break the acai into smaller pieces and place them in a blender.

2. Add a splash of your preferred liquid (such as almond milk or apple juice) to help blend smoothly. Blend until you achieve a smooth, thick consistency. Avoid adding too much liquid to keep it thick like soft-serve ice cream.

3. Assemble the Bowl: Pour the blended acai into a bowl. Sprinkle the granola evenly over the acai base.

4. Add the Toppings: Arrange the sliced kiwi, banana, strawberries, and blueberries on top of the granola.

5. (optional) Sprinkle shredded coconut over the fruit for added texture and nutrition. Drizzle a small amount of honey over the top for extra sweetness, if desired.

Serve & Enjoy!
