Calling all young bird enthusiasts!
Think you have what it takes to find the most bird species in a day? Team up with friends and/or family for a fun birding challenge.

🔍 Competition Categories
Choose one of the following:

1) Hastings Count Circle
Explore Carpenter Nature Center and other Hastings locations to find as many species as possible.

2) Backyard Birder
Perfect for those staying close to home. All birding must take place within eyesight of your house.
🌎 Open to participants from any location!

👥 Age Groups
10 years & under
11–15 years
16–18 years

⏰ Time Frame
Hastings Count Circle: 12:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Backyard Birder: 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM
