Celebrate the Holidays at the Mall of America
guide to the holidays at mall of America

Our kids recently had a day off of school, and we still had Nickelodeon Universe wristbands to use that we received as Christmas gifts from last year, so we made a day of it and headed to the Mall of America! What a treat.

There is so much happening for families we just had to share!

Nickelodeon Universe is all decked out for the holidays! Look at SpongeBob and his crew!

Spend the Holidays at the Mall Of America!

These trees do not disappoint in the Huntington Bank Rotunda! There are events happening all the time in this space. This weekend happened to be a Minecraft building tournament!

We tried out the new sushi spot, Kura. It was so cool! The sushi comes around like a train and you grab what you want! Plus, it was the best sushi we have ever eaten…we were not expecting that!

The Festival of Trees of a free event that is happening on the 3rd floor. You can walk through and check out all the trees in this space. The event is hosted by the Special Olympics of Minnesota and you can buy raffle tickets ($10 each) for a chance to win any of the trees in the space! We put our tickets in the Wild and Vikings trees. Wish us luck. This free public event allows guests to enjoy a unique holiday experience with the opportunity to purchase tickets to win their favorite tree décor.

The Santa Experience is just that! Santa is back + ready to take Christmas Elfies! 📸🎅  The Santa Experience MN at MOA is here to get those festive photos for your holiday cards! Make an appointment at one of their locations on Level 3, East or Level 1, South! For more information, visit ➡️ bit.ly/3ETyKwr

Visit the Candy Cane Institute to visit Santa and his elf crew and search for the true meaning of the holiday season! Tickets include an elf-guided tour of the Candy Cane Institute, with a special visit with Santa! For full hours and ticket info, head to ➡️ mallofamerica.com/candy-cane-institute

And of course, shopping! There are so many fun and unique stores to check out while you are there. This store happens to be a new favorite of mine. I am in awe of these fun bath soaps! They let you try them all! So do it…try them all!

And most importantly, have FUN! The mall is big, don’t stress about getting to do everything. Slow down, enjoy your time and be thankful that you live close enough to the Mall of America to head back!

We hope you enjoyed our guide to the holidays at Mall of America.
