Attendees will then be able to enjoy a concert from The Mistletones before heading to the North Plaza for the Tree Lighting Ceremony. This year’s holiday tree will provide the perfect backdrop for festive photos throughout all of December. Canadian Pacific Holiday Train
Happening on December 10 from 5p to 7:30p

A popular crowd-pleaser, the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train, will once again be making a special stop at Union Depot.

Once the brightly lit locomotive arrives, Tenille Townes and Breland will play on a stage that drops out of the side of the train. Visitors who arrive to the concert early can stay warm and enjoy concessions inside Union Depot—something that’s not available at most stops along the Holiday Train route.

Canadian Pacific Holiday Train shows are free to attend. Canadian Pacific asks attendees to bring a cash or non-perishable food donation if they’re able. A local food shelf will set up a collection station with all donations helping community members in need. Because local food shelves buy food at a discount, cash donations can make a greater impact than food donations.

VIP tickets will also be available for the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train event. VIP ticket holders will enjoy special benefits, including access to a closer view of the train and concert. Concertgoers with a VIP ticket will also receive a free hot cocoa. All VIP ticket proceeds will go towards local food bank donations.
