- Acrylic Paint Markers
- Images you would like to include
- Paint Brush
- A sealant like Mod Podge
How Kids Can Help Make the Wood Slice Ornaments
Getting the kids involved makes these ornaments even more special (especially when gifting!):
- They can paint the wood with a special design using the paint markers
- They can cut out the images or photos
- They can place the decal on the wood slice
- Using a paintbrush they can paint on the Mod Podge, place the image on the wood and seal the image with the Mod Podge
- Tying the ribbon or twine through the hole to complete the project
