Easy Mini Pizza Recipe

The EASIEST Mini Pizza Recipe You’ll Ever Make – Perfect for Busy Weeknights!

Keep a jar of minced garlic in the refrigerator for instant garlic for every dish. No extra work required! Stop at the grocery store deli and pick up 1/4 lb of deli pepperoni and salami for fresh meat toppings. Get the kids involved and let them build their mini pizza!

Serves 4

Mini Pizza Recipe Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (lean)
1/2 onion (yellow) diced
1 can roasted red peppers
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
6 cloves garlic (minced)
to taste sea salt
4 english muffin split
1-2 cups meats of choice (pepperoni, salami, etc)
1-2 cups cheeses of choice (mozzarella, parmesan)
to taste ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Mini Pizza Recipe Instructions:

1. Heat small amount of oil in large skillet. Add 1 lb ground beef and cook while breaking into smaller pieces.
2. Add 1/2 diced onion and cook until translucent, and beef is no longer pink.
3. Season with 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, season with salt and pepper, and 6 cloves of minced garlic. Add in 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can of
paste. Mix thoroughly and simmer for 10 min.
4. Split english muffins in half and arrange on a pizza sheet.
5. Top with beef marinara, additional deli meat toppings and cheese. Broil in oven for 3 min or until hot and bubbly. Keep close watch so they don’t burn.
6. Cut apart with pizza cutter for small kids. Have fun with this recipe and change up the toppings as desired.
