Hop on over to Forgotten Star Brewing Company for a special Story Time featuring local author Marcy McKay and her charming picture book, There Once Was a Froggie!
Join us as we follow Froggie into the woods to discover a world full of friends, giggles, and little surprises. From flying birds to stinky skunks to growling bears, Froggie hops through adventures — playing, exploring, and sometimes narrowly avoiding trouble along the way. Told in singable, rhythmic verse, this delightful story invites little ones to learn about friendship, kindness and belonging in every corner of the forest.
Perfect for young children and families who love rhyming books — come enjoy a morning of storytelling, community, and fun for the whole family! Books will be available for purchase, with a special KeepSake Froggie included. Coloring sheets and materials will be provided while supplies last.
Our resident food truck, Hodgepodge Eats, will be open starting at 11 AM, so you can grab a bite while the kids keep exploring!
