This year’s festival is presented by the Delano Council for Arts and Culture in partnership with the Buffalo Art Guild, with support from a Central Minnesota Arts Board (CMAB) Project Grant, made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
