We are incredibly excited to once again host Families on the Farm at St. Croix Valley Hobby Farm on Friday, August 7th from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM!
This is a FREE community event made possible through an amazing partnership with Polk County and many incredible local businesses, organizations, and community resources.
For one entire day, our farm transforms into a hub of fun, learning, wellness, and connection for families of all ages. ❤️
