We are excited to invite you to the Kelley Park Grand Opening Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, as we celebrate the completion of this exciting park renovation and officially welcome the community to the new Kelley Park!
12-1:30 p.m. – Kidsdance DJ
12-7:30 p.m. – Food Trucks & Bogarts Beverage Service
1:30-3 p.m. – Continuing Education Band
3-5 p.m. – Vinnie Rose Acoustic Performance on the Plaza
3-5:30 p.m. – Sports Entertainment on Big Screen
5:30-6 p.m. – Ribbon Cutting Event
6-7:30 p.m. – Urban Classic: The Music of Earth, Wind and Fire (Presented by the Apple Valley Arts Foundation)
The celebration will include live music, food trucks, family activities, and more throughout the afternoon and evening. It will be a great opportunity to see the park’s new amenities, enjoy time with family and friends, and celebrate this significant investment in our community.
Parking and MVTA Shuttle Service
Need a place to park? Leave your car at the Apple Valley Municipal Center (7100 147th Street W) and take a free MVTA shuttle ride to the Kelley Park Grand Opening Festival. The shuttle service begins at 4 p.m. with a 15-minute pickup frequency for a quick trip there and back!
