Donate Halloween Candy Drop-off Sites in Twin Cities

While trick or treating is so much fun for the kids, the candy they come home with is sometimes hard to resist! Now is the time to donate your Halloween candy!

If you are looking for a spot to drop off and donate your Halloween candy around the Twin Cities, here are some options:

Livea Locations:

Donate Extra Candy at your local Livea location. They have 8 locations throughout Minnesota. Find them here.
Look for locations to donate extra candy, such as your local Livea Center! Candy donations go to a variety of causes such as sending overseas to troops, organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, local food pantries, homeless shelters, and nursing homes.

Goodwill Locations:

Select Goodwill locations will be accepting candy for Soldiers Angels Treats for the Troops.

Halloween Candy Buy Back Program. This program traditionally partners with local businesses and dentist offices.  Find out more here.

Operation Gratitude | Halloween Candy Give-Back Program: Candy donated to Operation Gratitude goes to our deployed troops, local military units, veterans, and first responders, providing a sweet opportunity for grateful Americans to thank those who serve our nation.

From 11/1 to 11/15, they will be collecting all those delicious Halloween treats that your little ones might have collected in their trick-or-treat bags. Instead of indulging in all that sugar, why not give it a sweet purpose?

  1. Gather up those extra candies, both unopened and individually wrapped.
  2. Swing by our offices during our regular hours and drop off your candy donations at the front desk.
  3. Feel good knowing that you’re helping put smiles on the faces of our brave troops who are serving our country, reminding them of the love and support they have from home.
