How well do you really know the Internet?

Earning $1,000 for your child’s school is a great incentive, and Qwest is offering parents the chance to do just that by becoming certified by taking the Parent Safety-Net Test. The 10-minute test provides parents an instant reality check on how well they understand chat rooms, cyber bullying, instant messaging, and online sexual exploitation. Along with the answers, parents will find steps they can take to inform and protect their children. Qwest will give a $1,000 grant to each of the 20 Minnesota schools with the highest percentage of parents who get certified. Parents have until April 30 to visit IncredibleInternet.com to sign up and take the challenge. The test is also available in Spanish.
