Pioneer Park, a haven for families, boasts a large playground for the older kids and a delightful toddler playground featuring the adorable frog and caterpillar, inviting all members of your family to join in the fun.
Pioneer Park is a 33-acre, fully developed community park with a pond and a small wooded area.
Parking
Parking lots are available off of Centerville Road and DeSoto Street. You are encouraged to use the parking lot off DeSoto Street since the Centerville lot can become congested at times.
Amenities
Amenities within this park include 4 softball fields, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court, soccer fields, bituminous trails, a children’s play area, a picnic shelter, and a concession building. The picnic shelter on the east side of the park off Desoto Street may be reserved for family picnics, birthday parties, or other activities. Electricity is not available at this shelter.
