M & M’s Cookie Mix in a Jar Recipe
What You’ll Need:
- 1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 1 bag Red and Green M&M’s Minis Baking Bits
- 1 quart size Wide Mouth Mason Jar
- Scrapbook or Wrapping Paper
- Ribbon
Instructions:
- Empty the contents of the cake mix package into your quart-sized wide mouth Mason Jar, and gently pat down the top.
- Pour in the M&M’s.
- Put the silver jar topper on top, place a round scrap of scrapbook paper on top, then screw on the jar’s lid. You can use a scrap of fabric too.
- Tie a bow around the middle with your ribbon with these instructions.
Baking Instructions:
- Beat together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil in a bowl.
- Pour in the contents of the jar, and stir well with a spoon.
- Chill dough for 20 minutes in the refrigerator before baking.
- Then, drop rounded balls onto an ungreased non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 – 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
