Andes Mint Cookie Mix in a Jar
What You’ll Need:
- 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 bag Andes Mint Baking Chips… or chop your own like in the Andes Mints.
- 1 quart size Wide Mouth Mason Jar
- Scrapbook Paper
- Ribbon
Instructions:
- Empty contents of the cake mix package into your quart-sized wide mouth Mason Jar.
- Gently pack down.
- Pour in Andes Mint Pieces.
- Put the silver jar topper on top, cover with a piece of round scrapbook paper, then screw on the jar’s lid.
- Wrap ribbon around the lid with these instructions.
Baking Instructions:
- Beat together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil in a bowl.
- Pour in the contents of the jar, and stir well with a spoon.
- Drop rounded balls onto an ungreased non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
