Mac & Cheese Cups Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni (gluten free if
needed) cooked
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp mustard powder
to taste salt
to taste ground black pepper
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a saucepan, over low/medium heat, make a cheese sauce with cheese, milk, butter, flour, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix sauce with cooked macaroni, then portion into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 mins or until macaroni is golden brown.
4. If you want a crispy top, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Spoon over top of muffins after they have cooked. Broil for 1-3 mins.
5. Enjoy right away or allow to cool and place in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.

These cheesy little cups are also perfect for parties, game day snacks, or meal prepping for the week. Portable, portioned, and packed with flavor, they’re a fun twist on a classic that both kids and adults will love. Serve them warm with a side of veggies or enjoy them on the go!
