During Open Gate hours, you will have access to the grounds to explore, play, wander, and use your imagination to experience life and fun on the farm. Visit the farm animals, walk the trails, explore the secret garden, or learn from the interpretive signage throughout the grounds.
The farm welcomes you to get your hand dirty in the garden and help with day to day chore around the farm.
There will be opportunities for structured play, nature activities, exploration of the grounds, and enjoying a picnic at the Eidem Farm.
Open Gate Hours run from June 20th, 2023 – September 2nd, 2023 during these hours:

Tuesday 10a-7p
Wednesday 10a-4p
Thursday 10a-7p
Saturday 10a-3p

Stories from the Porch at Eidem Farm
Throughout the summer they host Stories From the Porch on Tuesdays from July 11th through August 29th at 11a.
Reading of children’s stories start at 11a each Tuesday followed by playtime in the farm yard. Bring your chairs or picnic blankets, listen to children’s stories read aloud, then enjoy time playing on the grounds and visit the farm animals.
*In case of inclement weather story time will be cancelled.
Family Concerts at Historic Eidem Farm
They also host Family Concerts at the farm. Sign and dance along to fun family music this summer in the farmyard! Enjoy a picnic dinner during the performance! Food trucks will be onsite, see social media for food truck info!
