Smithsonian magazine offers families the chance to explore the Bell Museum this Saturday at the fourth annual Museum Day, a day when museums and cultural institutions across the country open their doors free of charge! Every Saturday St. Paul Central Library offers children’s programming, and this Saturday features Leo and Kathy Lara. Their free music program will honor Hispanic Heritage Month — come along on an exciting musical adventure from the Andes Mountains! A variety of authentic instruments will be used, including the charango, cuatro, bombo, quena, and panpipes.
