MLS All-Star Soccer Celebration presented by Coca-Cola to Feature Immersive Experiences for All Fans, Free of Charge

Celebration of soccer culture and fandom includes interactive games, culinary offerings, player appearances, and concerts headlined by multi-Platinum singer Tinashe

MLS All-Star Soccer Celebration Presented by Coca-Cola – a pre-event festival free for fans of all ages – will take place on the Great Lawn at Allianz Field from 3-7 p.m. CST on Tuesday, Aug. 9 and Wednesday, Aug. 10. Featuring a series of immersive, fun, and engaging experiences including music, interactive fan zones, games, autograph sessions, giveaways and more, MLS All-Star Soccer Celebration Presented by Coca-Cola will be the ultimate fan experience outside Allianz Field in the hours before the MLS All-Star Skills Challenge by AT&T 5G on Aug. 9 and the MLS All-Star Game presented by Target on Aug. 10. All fans are invited to attend Soccer Celebration free of charge, whether or not they have tickets to the Skills Challenge or All-Star Game.

One of the highlights of Soccer Celebration will be Beats, Cleats and Eats presented by Coca-Cola, which will feature special guest appearances by MLS players, musical acts, culinary offerings, a Secret Walls art battle, and the opportunity to sample Coca-Cola refreshments.

Celebrating the energy of the summer soccer spotlight, Coca-Cola’s Beats, Cleats and Eats curates a fun and fresh space where fans can experience aspects of cultural fusion unique to

MLS All-Star Concert Presented by Target

When: Monday, August 8

Where: The Commons in Downtown Minneapolis

What: Five-time Grammy award nominated multiplatinum superstar Khalid will headline the MLS All-Star Concert with rising talent and Twin Cities based singer Miloe set to perform as the opening act.

MLS WORKS + Target All-Star Community Day

When: Tuesday, August 9 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Where: Mt. Airy Boys & Girls Club, 690 Jackson Street, St. Paul, MN 55130

What: As part of the league’s commitment to highlight the importance of play, equity and provide greater access for youth from underserved communities, MLS Greats, and LIGA MX Legends, Luis Hernández and Pavel Pardo, will join MLS, MNUFC, Target and the U.S. Soccer Foundation to unveil a new soccer mini pitch designed by local youth from Mount Airy Boys & Girls Club. Beneficiaries of the pitch include youth from Mt. Airy Boys & Girls Club, surrounding neighborhoods, and participants from Sol of the Cities Futsal League.

The All-Star Community Day will also feature fun, interactive elements including soccer skills and clinics, music, games, refreshments and giveaways for local youth participants from Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, Sol of the Cities, and The Sanneh Foundation. Media availability for MLS Commissioner Don Garber and other executive participants will immediately follow the mini-pitch dedication ceremony slated for 9:30 a.m.

MLS All-Star Hometown Heroes Showcase

When: Tuesday, August 9 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Where: St. Paul Union Depot, 214 4th Street East Saint Paul, MN 55101

What: As part of League’s ongoing efforts to amplify and celebrate inclusion and equity, Major League Soccer, Minnesota United, and Black Players for Change (BPC) will host the inaugural MLS All-Star Hometown Heroes Showcase at historic Saint Paul Union Station.

The private event will acknowledge and celebrate the work of four diverse, innovative, and impactful leaders making positive change in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul communities in four key areas – education, mental health, food security, and social justice. The leader organizations will each receive a $15,000 grant in addition to a suite of promotional assets from MLS to elevate their work and community impact. The MLS All-Star Hometown Heroes Showcase will feature a panel discussion and will spotlight the four leaders.

MLS All-Star Soccer Celebration Presented by Coca-Cola

What: Soccer Celebration is a free pregame festival for fans of all ages. From interactive fan zones to music, games, autographs, free giveaways and more, Soccer Celebration is the ultimate fan experience taking place off the pitch.

Tuesday, Aug. 9 at 6 p.m., there will be a performance by Nur-D. On Wednesday, Aug. 10 beginning at 5:45 p.m. by Tinashe, the multi-Platinum certified singer, will take place before the MLS All-Star Game.

Highlighting the musical portion of Beats, Cleats and Eats will be a live performance on Wednesday, Aug. 10 beginning at 5:45 p.m. by Tinashe, the multi-Platinum certified singer,

writer and dancer who combines R&B, hip-hop and alternative music.

On Tuesday, Aug. 9 at 6 p.m., Beats, Cleats and Eats will present a performance by Nur-D, one of the fastest-rising hip-hop stars in the Minnesota music scene.

In addition, BODYARMOR will present soccer-themed games and full-bottle sampling for fans. Kellogg’s will provide free samples of Cheez-Its and Pringles and engage fans with a soccer-

inspired Cheez-It game, rewarding fans who successfully participate with prizes.
