Take Playtime to New Heights at Sky Zone Trampoline Park

From Dodgeball to Foam Pits—Sky Zone Has Everything Your Kids Dream Of

About Sky Zone Trampoline Park with Kids

If your kids are bouncing off the walls—why not take them somewhere designed for that? Sky Zone Trampoline Parks across Minnesota are indoor action zones where kids (and parents!) can jump, flip, and fly their energy out in a safe and exciting environment. With wall-to-wall trampolines, ninja courses, foam pits, and glow nights, it’s a crowd-pleasing choice for birthday parties, rainy days, or anytime fun.

Each Sky Zone location has its own lineup of attractions, but you’ll find plenty of high-flying staples like open jump areas, dodgeball courts, sky slam basketball hoops, and more. It’s all indoors, temperature-controlled, and best of all—fun for a wide age range.

Whether you’re wrangling toddlers, tweens, or teens, Sky Zone delivers year-round thrills, energetic play, and a place for parents to relax while the kids go wild.

Things to Do at Sky Zone for Families

The main event at Sky Zone is always the Freestyle Jump Area—a giant sea of connected trampolines where kids can bounce, twist, and flip to their heart’s content. Foam Zone pits let them launch into soft landings, while Sky Slam hoops invite everyone to dunk like a pro.

Feeling competitive? Jump into a game of Ultimate Dodgeball, scale a warped wall in the Ninja Warrior Course, or conquer the SkyLadder (if you can balance long enough!). Many locations now feature Wipeout Zones, Zip Lines, or Air Courts with interactive lights for extra challenges.

For younger kids, Little Leapers is a special time set aside just for ages 6 and under. With music, staff-led games, and a safer, slower pace, it’s the perfect way to get preschoolers moving.

Don’t miss Glow Nights—a weekend favorite where the lights go down and the lasers and music turn up! These special sessions are usually held Friday or Saturday evenings and recommended for kids 6+.
