We recently ventured to Stillwater to visit the Ice Palace Maze at the Zephyr Theatre. The first thing you notice when you head into Stillwater is the charm. The second is how much is going on. This small river community is big on winter & summer fun!
Our first stop was the Ice Palace Maze. They require a waiver form to be signed right away, so getting that submitted before heading in is helpful! Once in the theatre, you quickly make a mental note to come back for a show! The maze through the back and is set up for all to enjoy. There are ice sculptures located throughout the maze, an ice bar to grab a drink, firepits and smores kits, there is a scavenger hunt (make sure to take photos for a chance to win!), and the ice slide is a must because once you are at the top, take a moment to check out the entire maze, the beautiful river, and the lift bridge! The night we were there, they had two knights guarding the maze, but different characters make appearances throughout the week, including Anna and Elsa!
We made a night of it while in Stillwater. Our next stop was at The Tilted Tiki for dinner. It was a perfect place to stop since we went in a snowstorm. We made our way to Brian’s upstairs arcade for pinball and arcade games. After our fun and games, we made sure to pick up some to-go drinks from Forge & Foundry and River Siren Brewery and a sweet treat from Candyland.
