Finding a lost stuffy is the heart of this story

I had the pleasure of meeting Renee Bolla, a new local children’s book author in Minneapolis recently. We talked about our families, our work, our spring break plans, and her new book! Renee just released her first book, Finding Bunny, available on Amazon, and is already working on her second children’s book. She has a passion for connecting her real-life experiences with her writing and we cannot wait to see what she comes up with next! Here is more about Finding Bunny:

Finding Bunny is a beautifully illustrated story about Elle, a playful little girl, and her best friend, Bunny, who do everything together. Until one day, Bunny is nowhere to be found. Elle’s day is turned upside down as she tries to figure out where Bunny could be and why there is an imposter in her bedroom. Will she find Bunny, her Bunny, before bedtime arrives?

About the Author:

Renee Bolla, retail executive, turned children’s picture book writer. After 20 successful years in corporate retail, Renee decided to resign. She resigned from pushing herself to climb higher up the corporate ladder in exchange for the freedom to slow down and find purpose. As a mother of three strong and talented daughters, she wanted to be more present, spend more time with family, and discover more about herself. She has always been a curious human, and creativity has filled her soul. With the luxury of time and space to let her creative mind wander, she decided to explore writing. Her journey started with the idea of creating a keepsake book for each of her children. Each story is unique to their personalities and real-life experiences. While it began as a hobby, it has evolved into much more. So here she is, a self-taught writer who is inspired by motherhood. Debuting her first book, Finding Bunny. It is the beginning of her writing journey, and she is looking forward to sharing her stories with the world.
