You first spot their signage when driving down Grand Ave in St. Paul’s historic Steampunk District. It’s hard not to! When you stop in their store, of course, you go in after seeing this beautiful building and colorful sign you will be greeted by friendly staff and toys that are meant to be discovered!
This toy store has it all and the staff knows their stuff! They have owned and operated Mischief Toy Store since 2015. They bring their store to life with toys and games that are hand picked for their customers.
They offer curated gift baskets (born out of the pandemic) for all occasions, they know what’s what and include items they know your kids will love. They work with you to gather your kid’s interests, ideas, and budget and put together a basket full of fun toys and gifts! Easter basket pictured here:
Some of the most popular items in the baskets are outdoor play toys, plush, pop-its & fidgets toys.
Their game room is full of options for your entire family. We spotted a few of our favorites (Dixit, Catan, and Ticket to Ride) and learned of a few more that would work well for our family!
They have a great selection of puzzles, infant and toddler toys, outdoor toys (including slacklines, stomp rockets, and scooters, to name a few), and books. The library of books has options for everyone. They also have a small but mighty craft area with some unique offerings that my creative daughter would love!
And, of course, a corner for candy because you can’t go to a toy store without picking up some candy on the way out!

I happened to walk out with something I didn’t know existed; a combo Rubix cube and Perplexus called the Rubik’s Perplexus Fusion! We are still trying to solve it.
