PepToc for kids by kids!

I was recently watching Sunday Morning with Jane Pauley on CBS and there was  the sweetest story about a group of elementary kids that wanted to spread some love. They created a children’s hotline or messaging service called PepToc and well it has been a huge hit across the country!

PepToc is a free phone service created by the students and faculty of West Side Elementary, a school in Healdsburg, California and with the help of their teachers Jessica Martin and Asherah Weiss, they have A LOT to be proud of!

All you have to do is dial 707-998-8410 to reach PepToc and a group of adorable kids’ voices will prompt you with a menu of these options:

  1. If you’re feeling mad, frustrated or nervous, press 1.
  2. If you need words of encouragement and life advice, press 2.
  3. If you need a pep talk from kindergartners, press 3.
  4. If you need to hear kids laughing with delight, press 4.
  5. For encouragement in Spanish, press 5.

By pressing 2, a the kids fill your ears with some pretty fun messages that will guarantee you smile. So what are you waiting for?

Pick up the phone call call them now!
